Stillwaters Creek is 100 wooded acres in Spencer, Tennessee — twenty minutes from Fall Creek Falls State Park and some of the best waterfall country in the Southeast, and a world away from everything else.

Your to-do list here shrinks to two things: morning coffee by the creek, and finding the right spot for tonight's fire.

We built this place for families who need room to breathe, space to roam, and the kind of quiet you can only find when you've truly left it all behind. Roll in with a big rig, pitch a tent under the trees, or settle the whole crew into a cabin — there's a spot here with your name on it.

We kept it simple on purpose. Hot showers in the bathhouse, a general store stocked with the things you forgot, and a playground that'll keep the kids busy long enough for you to finish a cup of coffee in peace.

The Mercantile at Stillwaters

Pick up the things you forgot, and a few you didn't plan on. Cold drinks, beer, ice cream, and snacks to keep the kids happy through another round of ghost stories. Light groceries for restocking, plus branded gear and handpicked goods from local Tennessee artisans.

This is where Stillwaters comes alive. Shade for slow afternoons, space for group meals, and home base for everything from movie nights under the stars to live music, karaoke, kids' crafts, and trivia. Show up for all of it or none of it — either way, the fire's always going somewhere nearby.

Available across the property. Strong enough to check in, flexible enough to let you check out. WiFi's here if you need it. But we're betting you won't.

Hot showers and clean restrooms, open every day. Locking stalls, plenty of hot water, and a short walk from your site — because after a day on the trails, a good shower feels like a reward.

Scenic trails wind through all 100 acres — through the trees, along the creek, and into the kind of quiet you came here for. Step out and go.

The owners and their sweet family were extremely kind and helpful, especially since we are new to using our RV. The campground is beautiful, nestled back into the trees. It is extremely clean, quiet, and exactly what we were hoping to find during our travels. The public bathhouse is immaculate and I felt like I was showering in a real bathroom rather than a campground. Oh I so hope the new owners find success here because they have made the whole property into a magical respite for us.
